![]() ![]() ![]() I read it during a very stressful time, though. ![]() I had been anticipating it for a year or more, but even though I remembered Mister Impossible‘s biggest twists and the anxiety of that terrible cliffhanger, I remembered very little from the rest of the book. Greywaren, the final book in Maggie Stiefvater’s Dreamer Trilogy, was released in October and I eagerly bought it on the day it was available. I don’t know how I got so behind with my reading in 2022. Here’s what I read… Mister Impossible by Maggie Stiefvater I bought and therefore read a lot of books by favorite authors this month and will likely do the same through February. I’m still riding high off my haul from the big post-Christmas Barnes and Noble sale, where I bought a bunch of books that I’ve been meaning to read for a while. We got some snow, so I got a few extra days off work and got to take my puppy Darcy on some freezing cold walks… her favorite kind! Still, on the whole it wasn’t a bad month. The best thing that happened was that I got to see The Lion King onstage-it was absolutely spectacular-and the worst thing is that I started the year with the worst bout of the flu that I’ve ever had. I had some major ups and downs this month. The craziness that was the holidays and the immediate post-holidays is over, but as much as I dislike the holiday stress while at work, it’s very sad to see my sister head back to college and settle back into everyday life. Somehow, unbelievably, we are already a full month into 2023. ![]()
